GOVERN? __________ I would really like to know where there comes the notion that people need a ruling class. It has always been a mystery to me. Since, apparently, the dawn of time, the creature Man has allowed himself to be controlled (ruled) by others. The strange thing is, that these 'others' are the least likely to be rulers. They come from an obvious dried out gene-pool, yet they assume a 'right' to lord it over others. Thus we (ordinary, decent folk) have had successions of these controllers who give themselves fancy names (Kings, Queens, Popes, Presidents, Prime Ministers and so on and so on), assemble a gang of thugs from the same gene-pool  so that they can terrorise us into subjection to their obscene ways. Why do we put up with it? There are many more of us, than them. Perhaps it is because we are decent folk that we don't react to them with the same violence they enact towards us. In other words we do not come down to their level. I have always, since a small boy, rejected others interfering in my life. My parents did very little controlling and what they did had good motives. This can't be the same for those who deemed to control my parents, sending them to their interminable, pathetic wars (on this that and the other) and so on. Quite honestly, the best thing we can do for our personal sanity, is to laugh at these people, not listen to them. As far as I am concerned, I fight (non-violently, of course) as far as I can and then live my life the way I want to. If these people have been allowed to control for so long, nothing we can do will stop it. It may not be too late but then this is later. We have lost the will to use our own judgement about how the planet works. This is sad. But I don't care about future generations, this is crap. We do the best for our fellows why we are here and that is good enough. When we are gone, the best hope for immortality (should we want it) is to live on in the hearts of those we have touched. It's up to you to decide if this is a positive or negative. It is high time we looked after ourselves. If we let others do it, that is our choice and our responsibility and we must take the consequences. Time to listen to the self. The self will heal if listened to. Nothing else matters. One way to fight back is to give up the stupid notion of 'nationalism' and all that goes with it. Another way is to give up the notion of any religion whatsoever. If there is a god or gods, then if you look after yourself, he, she, it, they, will look after you anyway. Believing in a religion is a sure way to self-destruct and leads to the destruction of others. Controllers love you to believe in their 'religions', it's a sure way of getting you to comply with their 'ideals'. The same goes for nations. These things may be a reality (for some), but they are the fantasies of the weak-minded. Comply at your peril.
