HEALTH
________

Whilst the human body is complex, this complexity need not concern us here.

The human organism is the same (in terms of life) as any other living thing, plant or animal.

To be alive is to ingest food (whatever that is and however ingested), utilise what is necessary to sustain life and excrete that which is not wanted.

To keep healthy, we need to know that the body requires to be in a state of slight alkalinity, There is no doubt about that, it is basic biology. This state of alkalinity or acidity (the opposite) is referred to as Ph. The level at which the Ph is measured is 7.  Less than 7 is acidic (or tending towards acidic); more than 7 is alkaline (or tending towards alkalinity).

Harmful germs or viruses cannot live in an alkaline environment; that Nature has decided. So it would seem obvious that we need to maintain a slightly alkaline body.

The body works very hard to maintain this (Ph balance) as it is critical to life itself, with small variation.

In keeping with this is the immune system. The immune system must not be compromised, or the body undergoes damage, which is manifestly called 'disease'. I prefer to write is dis-ease, which makes it plain.

The body only recognises food that comes from natural sources. Given that, it will reject (often violently, including death) that which is poisonous (however weak or strong).

The body has adapted over the millennia to most of the germs and viruses that have perpetuated since time began on this planet. It has adapted to different methods of presenting that food (for example, cooking). It has adapted to eat meat and plants.

Meat and plants contain the nutrients (vitamins and minerals) that the body needs to do its work.

Generally speaking, then, the body, given naturally occurring food will remain healthy until it (eventually) dies.

The problem arises, when naturally occurring food does not enter the body in sufficient quantities to maintain itself.

Highly processed foods make the body acidic. Many manufactured drinks do likewise. The poison is in the dose. Modern farming methods, packaging and so forth have created a demand for processed foods and drinks, therefore we need to ensure that we get naturally occurring food and drink as far as is possible.

The body does not take kindly to manufactured items made in the laboratory. It does not take kindly to pharmaceutical drugs of any shape or form. It does not take kindly to viruses being injected (vaccinations) into its sancity, since it has not the time to grow accustomed to them and the immune system is overloaded and becomes depressed.
Regarding vitamins and minerals. The body works in synergy. When this is upset, it reacts and can't do its proper job. We get 'sick'.

Vitamins and minerals cannot be isolated and created in a factory. They are complex chemicals. For example, Vitamin C, which is found naturally occurring in fruit and so forth, is not Ascorbic Acid (as it is usually known). Ascorbic acid is made in the laboratory but does not contain the other elements that go with it as it occurs in fruit; so their is something missing. The same goes for a lot of other vitamins.

Vitamins are useless (and possibly dangerous) if they do not come from naturally occurring sources.

People generally eat too much and too much of the 'wrong' food, or destroyed so much by over-cooking or microwaving. The body does not need great quantities of food, just the amount required to function.

The main things are to keep a slightly alkaline body and an uncompromised immune system.

Keeping the body slightly alkaline requires keeping away from non-naturally occurring foods and drinks as far as is possible. Drinking a couple of glasses of non-fluroridated water with half a lemon or lime squeezed into it (no sugar) will help muchly.

The reqirements may seem draconian for the immune system, given all we have been told about 'safety' but here are a few.

No vaccinations, at all, ever.
No Teflon products.
As few aluminium products as possible.
No microwave cooking
No pharmaceutical drugs/pills, at all, ever. There is always a natural alternative, always.
No silly 'diets'.
No mobile phones.
No soy.
No cooking oil except Virgin Olive Oil or Coconut oils.
No milk, as far as possible, except for raw milk.

If you want supplements, there is no point going overboard. These are all great and not expensive if you take nothing else:

Hemp oil tablets
Chromium
Vitamin B complex
Brewer's Yeast
