OUR UNIVERSE
__________________
Our
universe starts at the moment of conception, although we are not aware
of it until later. It continues until our unawareness, or 'death'.
Our
universe is contigent on the elements of our conception. Those elements
organise themselves and adapt and develop into the the human animal we
become, bells, whistles and warts. This is our terrain.
The
terrain will continue to perform as long as it receives the nutrients
it requires (biologically, physiologically and psychologically). The
terrain is a whole thing (holistic) and works as a whole. Should any
element of the whole become deorganised the rest of the terrain will
aim to correct that even if it leads to the demise (total
deorganisation). Nature has no other way of doing business.
What
we call 'life' is a constant adaptation to the environment, whatever it
is. Survival is the process by which we, as organisms adapt to keep
ourselves organised biologically etc.
Survival is a personal
responsibility. It involves learning skills and self-control. It is
about staying close to Nature as fas as is possible.
I believe
that there is nothing before our birth and nothing after death. Why
would there be? The answer would be conjecture, as is any personal
knowledge of what came before or what happens after we stop becoming
aware of ourselves.
The simple fact is that we are here (once
conceived) until we become deorganised enough to return to the dust
from which we came (whatever the 'dust' might be). Our only purpose is
to survive.
