REPEL THE BOARDERS!
________________________

Imagine your body as a ship carrying lots of good cargo. At sea, a pirate ship begins to attack you and the pirates try to get on board. What do you do?

You repel boarders. Since there are more of you than them, although some may get on board, you successfully repel them.

End of story.

Now supposing these same pirates are already on board when you sail, hidden below decks like a trojan container.

When they attack from inside, it is much harder to repel them, since they already have the upper hand. In fact you cannot repel them, only fight them, a much more difficult task because you cannot be properly prepared.

This is how vaccines work (or don't work). Vaccines, if they were useful at all (which is dubious, to say the least), need to be placed OUTSIDE the body for it to be able to prepare for repulsion.

It is no good putting them INSIDE the body as they cannot be repelled sufficiently to be effective.

A person is born with as best an immune system that is possible for that individual (given the input from the mother). Once born that individual is subject to all sorts of environmental invasion by bacteria and viruses. Not all these are harmful, as we may have been led to believe and indeed many of them are beneficial (gut bacteria, for example). Trying to eradicate all viruses and bacteria, is then, counter-productive.

A baby is not born 'complete'. Many systems need to continue growing to maturity. For example, it takes nearly 18 years for the bones to complete ossification. Fractures in young persons are known as 'Greenstick' fractures because the bones bend and shred like a young sapling, unlike a mature stick that can break into two pieces. This is the same for many of the body systems.

The immune system needs Nature's time to develop. It will not be forced into developing hurriedly without consequent harm to the child.

No disease can occur without a compromise of the immune system. The body is perfectly adaptable to the wiles of Nature, otherwise we would not be here at all in our present form. This is not rocket science.

There is no doubt that in many ways we can help the body heal itself (that is heal ITSELF). However, the job of a physician is to help the body help itself, not pre-empt Nature's own cures.
