WHY ONE GOD? ________________ A god is the invention of a 'human' mind. There is no evidence yet available that concludes otherwise from any animal or plant species that is open to proper scientific enquiry, or even otherwise. Because, it seems that Man needs some sort of god does not mean that there is one (or more). It is all in the head. The animal 'Man' (as we so capitalise it) has, apparently, the awareness of being aware. This needs some explanation. Everything in the universe is a continuum. That is, everything moves from one place to another; there is no stopping it. It is universal! Because of this, there must be certain changes in everything. Linearity is trying to make things static (not changing [SCALABILITY article]). The universe is obviously not linear because it is always changing! Even the gods proposed by the human some choose to call 'Man' cannot stop changes, even if they started the ball rolling in the first place. [Memorandum article] Thus, awareness is also a continuum. From those who appear to be fully aware, to those who do not seem to have any awareness at all. Most animals other than humans, seem to be fully aware most of the time and therefore they survive. Unless under the influence of the 'human' animal, they will survive long after we are gone. I presume, that those whom we ('Man or Men') call Woman or Women, (though some 'Men' doubt that Women are part of 'Man' as a species...ho...hum...) might also include them (women 'them'?).   However, I will use the term 'Man' to positively include 'Women' and that's the end of it. This is for the purpose of brevity, of which I am well known to at least no person. I also promise to drop the quotation marks from 'Man' as it is too hard to keep typing them. The rest is history. So, that is to say, Man is (supposedly) aware (in some way) of his presence on the planet. There is no evidence, that we can accumulate, that other 'animals' are not as aware as we seem to be; unfortunately, in my view. This would be very interesting if it were possible. Where is Dr. Dolittle when you need him? Anyway, to get serious (insert Smilie face with down-turned mouth, if you wish): There are two words you need to be cognisant with: Polytheism and Monotheism Polytheism is the belief that there are many gods each specific for a purpose. Polytheism developed from the notion (borne in perfect and understandable ignorance) that some things affected their lives. So, whatever their original motives, they, in their naiveté (and perfectly understandable given cosmic events that occurred then and do not occur in the same way now) they believed in these amorphous entities that shaped their lives. Note the word 'shaped'. We believe that these people, the proto-humans were basically 'savages/aboriginals' (whatever that means). Yes, they were not 'sophisticated' (whatever that means) as we presume we are but they survived. That's why we are here now; they survived and developed. Monotheism is the belief that there is a single god who over-rules everything else. It was developed by certain people (bullies) to bring the polytheists into line under a New World Order of one god which could control the masses who were the slave labour of the controllers. Now, as I see it, there are two species of human. There are human and humanoids. Humans are the people who produce something worthwhile and survive. Humanoids are those who do nothing but live off the backs of the humans. Humanoids may look like humans but they are not. They are a different 'breed'. How this happened it is probably impossible to know, so it's not important. Eventually, 'experts' (un-named) will make a fortune trying to unravel this 'mystery'; but I won't be one of them. Okay,     I'll cut a long story short(er). Question: Why ONE god for all major religions? Answer: It's harder to control people who are diverse. There are no 'Peoples'. The issue of a 'Race' or a 'People' (Proper Nouns) is a complete nonsense. Human sexuality produces a diverse species. That is its nature. (Whoever, or whatever created this state of affairs is irrelevant). There is no question about it. A Doberman Pincer doesn't ask the 'race' of the next dog is it wants to screw, it does it; whoom...bang...! Humans or humanoids don't (apparently) ask what 'race'/'religion' or whatever their victims are before they want to explore another person's body! Humans will rape (copulate without consent) anything that's available! It's the butt of jokes (pun intended). There is some benevolent 'god' in all this? Er...I don't think so. 'Religions' were invented by those persons who had or made time to sense the 'need' for them for their own self-gratification. They then imbibed a few magic mushrooms upon themselves and declared that their soporific 'visions' came from some entity they called a 'god' or whatever. To tired to argue (after having been out at work all day), the workers in the fields and the mothers at home, capitulated to this insult on their natural intelligence. Therein lay their doom and for those following. The 'spaced-out' Shamans had got their way. Therein lies your history. From then on it has been a decent into the hell they have prepared for you. Mind you, in the meantime, if you study any 'proper' history at all, you will discover that everything you know is based on a lie or at least an untruth or a distortion. By distortion and lies we will rule. This is the mantra of the controllers. Don't expect 'salavation' from any god or a religion (a way of life based on a particular god or interpretation of said god). You need to save the energy from your evangelical outbursts to survive. The church will not help you when the chips are down. Your only salvation is to understand. If that lacks, then get to growing vegetables and keeping a few chickens and live in a tent rather than get into debt. Peter K. Sharpen
